HomeVizCo

Data Deletion Instructions

HomeVizCo is a product of EpoxIQ LLC. This page explains how to disconnect your social media accounts from HomeVizCo and how to request deletion of any data we hold about you.

1. What we store

If you connected a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, TikTok account, or Google Business Profile to HomeVizCo’s social publishing tool, we store: your Page name and ID, your Instagram username and account ID, your TikTok username and app-scoped user ID (if connected), your Google Business Profile location name and ID together with the profile performance metrics we retrieved for it (if connected), the access tokens that authorize publishing, and a log of the posts you published through HomeVizCo (images and captions). If you enabled the optional auto-reply feature, we also store the comments and messages received on your connected Facebook Page and Instagram account (content, sender name or username, and timestamps) together with a record of the automated replies sent on your behalf. If you are a HomeVizCo contractor, we also hold the account data described in our Privacy Policy.

2. Disconnect your social accounts

You can revoke HomeVizCo’s access at any time:

  • From Facebook: go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find HomeVizCo, and select Remove. This immediately invalidates the access tokens we hold.
  • From Instagram: go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and Websites, find HomeVizCo, and remove it.
  • From TikTok: in the TikTok app, go to Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services, find HomeVizCo, and remove its access.
  • From Google: go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, find HomeVizCo, and select Remove access.
  • From HomeVizCo: contractors can disconnect their social accounts from their HomeVizCo portal, or by emailing us at jake@epoxiq.com.

Once access is revoked or disconnected, we delete the stored access tokens and account identifiers associated with the connection, including any Google Business Profile performance metrics we had stored for your listing and any stored comment and message events received for the auto-reply feature. Revoking access or disabling auto-replies also stops any further comment or message data from being received.

3. Request full data deletion

To request deletion of all data we hold — including connected-account records, published-post logs, received comment and message events, uploaded photos, and contractor account data — email jake@epoxiq.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and the name of your company or connected account.

We will confirm your request, delete the data within 30 days, and send you written confirmation when it is complete. Data may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period after deletion, after which it is purged automatically.

4. Questions

If you have any questions about deletion or our data practices, contact us at jake@epoxiq.com or review our Privacy Policy.
